What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, ACH, Zelle, cash, or checks. YoPrint & online payments incur a 3% fee.
What is your turnaround time?
Typically 10–14 business days from artwork and payment approval.
Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, but we print them at your own risk. We are not liable for defects on outside garments.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on custom items unless there’s a verified error on our part.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal.
How long is my quote valid?
30 days. After that, prices are subject to change.
Can I use the designs you created for something else?
Not without our written permission. All design work remains the property of AP Enterprises unless stated otherwise.
